2. Host Responsibilities

• Accurate Listings: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your accommodation, including high-quality images.
• Compliance with Laws: You are responsible for ensuring your accommodation complies with all local laws and regulations.
• Guest Interaction: You agree to communicate promptly and courteously with guests and to honor all confirmed bookings.

3. Listing Content

• Ownership and License: By uploading content (photos, descriptions), you grant Serenity Azure a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute this content on our platform.
• Content Standards: All content must be accurate and not misleading. Serenity Azure reserves the right to remove content that violates our standards.

4. Booking and Payment

• Pricing: You set the price for your accommodation, but you agree that Serenity Azure may charge service fees to guests.
• Payments: Serenity Azure will process guest payments on your behalf and remit funds to you after deducting our service fee.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Host Cancellations: If you need to cancel a booking, you must notify the guest and Serenity Azure as soon as possible. Repeated cancellations may result in penalties or removal from the platform.
• Guest Cancellations: Refunds to guests will be processed according to your cancellation policy.

6. Liability and Indemnification

• Host Liability: You are responsible for any damage caused by guests during their stay and must have appropriate insurance coverage.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Serenity Azure against any claims arising from your listing, including legal fees.

7. Termination

Serenity Azure reserves the right to terminate this agreement and remove your listing at any time for violations of this agreement or our platform’s standards.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
